Irish Petty Sessions Court Registers 1828-1912

Hello Everyone,

I decided to do a quick follow up on a prior post I had on Lardners found in the Irish Petty Sessions books (LINK).  The below entries are from court locations going from north to south along Co. Clare's coastline.  I wanted to get a general idea of how some families might have crossed the jurisdiction boarders of different court systems.  You will need to go to FindMyPast to access records online to get further details.

Of particular interest to me specifically is the Pat Lardner of Clounlaheen in bold below.  I have yet to find any Lardner family groups in the Cloonlaheen area that weren't related to me.  And if my research is correct, this individual shouldn't be my 3rd Great Uncle whom I believe emigrated to the the US in 1869.  If that's the case, who is he?  Is it possible that James Lardner Sr's step-son Patrick O'Halloren took on the Lardner name?  Its a question that needs further examination.
